Parent Teacher Conferences and Friday Remote Learning
Parent Teacher Conferences Update:

PK-6 Parent teacher conferences will continue as scheduled November 19 and November 23. The scheduling link will be available on October 19. Note: We have added 5th and 6th grades which is different than noted on the school master calendar.

7-12 Parent Teacher Conferences will continue to be October 26 from 4pm-8pm. However, this year’s conferences will be individually scheduled by the teacher. Teachers will be reaching out to parents of students if a conference is needed and placing them in a schedule. Not all parents will be contacted about setting up a conference. Teachers are meeting October 19 and will be connecting with parents that day to set up a conference. Once all the scheduled times have been set, a sign-up link will be available for parents. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, many conferences may be requested through Zoom or an online format. Thanks for your patience and understanding.

Friday Remote Learning Update:

Friday remote learning and intervention time is going very well. Many students are using this time to make up work, come in for extra help, or get teacher interventions during this time.

  • Students in grades 5-12 continue to have a “menu” for Fridays and need to submit through Google classroom. If students are not turning work in, connecting with teachers, or doing intervention work, they will be marked as an unexcused absence for the day. Teachers will communicate if your child is expected to be here on a Friday, please respond back to them promptly so we can make sure we have busing set up for students.
  • Students in grades K-4 continue to have a Choice Board or teacher identified work for Fridays and need to submit through Seesaw. If students are not turning work in, connecting with teachers, or doing intervention work, they will be marked as an unexcused absence for the day. Teachers will communicate if your child is expected to be here on a Friday, please respond back to them promptly so we can make sure we have busing set up for students.
