May 3-8 Mission, Reminders, & Meal Sign-up

In this e-news you will find a few upcoming reminders, the weekly Mission, and Remote Learner Lunch and Breakfast daily sign-up. Remote Learner sign-up will close, Monday, May 3 at 7 a.m. Friday lunch sign-up will close Thursday, May 6 at 9:00 am.

Upcoming Dates

May 2- National Honor Society Induction Ceremony for members and family

May 4 - AP test -seniors

May 7 - Groundbreaking for greenhouse @ 10:00 (service-learning opportunity)-Invite sent Monday, April 26

May 7 - mid-quarter for 4th quarter

May 7 (or week of) - service learning-information via teachers

May 8 - Prom-Grand March held outdoors 6:30 pm-no parking in lots by Secondary Doors(Door 2) and Elementary Doors(Door 1)

May 11 - Junior class-career fair at SMEC

May 10 and 13- MS/HS Concert (update email sent last week)

May 19 - 5:30 pm senior awards-only parents/students (free streaming on NFHS network)

May 28 - Graduation

June 4- Last day of School for Students

Mission for the Week of May 3-7

Service-Learning Week- Do something each day to help one person or a group of people in the community! We will also be doing service-learning projects at school this week. Friday, May 7 will be a service-learning opportunity for students and students are encouraged to attend the Groundbreaking for the new Greenhouse we received from a grant. Thank you to America's Farmers Grow Rural Education for this opportunity.

Remote Learning Breakfast and Lunch

Please fill out questionnaire below so we can determine number of meals that will be served to our remote learning families. Meals are only available for students enrolled at Grand Meadow Public School. Meal pick-up time is 12:45-1:15, breakfasts will be packed with lunches. Pick-up will be from door outside the cafeteria(door 10).

Student meals on Friday remote learning day Week of May 3(Pick-up May 7)

Please fill out questionnaire below so we can determine number of meals that will be served Friday. This needs to be submitted by Thursdays at noon. A new questionnaire will come out every week after meals are served. Meals are available for children ages 3-18. Breakfast pickup times are 8:00-8:30. Lunch pick-ups are 11:30-12:30. Both pickups will be at door W3 on Fridays. There are no deliveries at this time.
