Interested Cross Country Athletes

We be holding 3 summer practices in July on Wednesday evenings at 7:00 pm.  

Wednesday, July 14 - In LeRoy, meet by the trailhead (football field - where we did for practice last year).

Wednesday, July 21 - In Adams, meet at the City Park

Wednesday, July 28 - In Grand Meadow, meet by the Legacy Gym.

We will get together and run and then play some sort of game or games.  Let's plan to from 7:00-8:15 or so.  If the weather is bad, I will be cancelling so watch for emails or a message on the Remind App.

Grand Meadow will be providing a 10-passenger van for GM athletes who are unable to drive.  Please email or text Mrs. Glynn if you plan to ride in the van.  I only have room for 9 others.
