COVID Vaccination Clinic Update: November 12th, 2021

First of all, we apologize for the confusion on the communication on the PM and AM vaccination clinic which was to occur on November 15th.

The main point of this update is to inform the families and students that the scheduled vaccination clinic on Monday, November 15th is being postponed and rescheduled for Monday, November 29th

This will be a community-based clinic and not a school-based clinic.  The tentative hours for this clinic will be from 3:15 PM until 5:00 PM.

Administration is working with Mower County Public Health to get the details of this opportunity put together and those details will be sent out via E-News the week of November 22nd

The school nurse will be reaching out to people who have already signed up their child(ren)for a vaccination to explain the next steps.

Attached are two documents to assist you in the process of preparing for the clinic.
