Deer Hearts Needed!!!

It is that time of the year again where Mr. Bilskemper is looking for deer hearts for dissection.  With the deer hunting season soon approaching, if you are able to save and collect any hearts that would be fantastic!! They can be brought in a plastic bag, and will be saved in the chest freezer until dissection.  If you are able to keep any of the larger veins on top of the heart that would be ideal.  If the heart is blasted, please do not collect it.
