We hope everyone has had a great summer so far! A few reminders as we are approaching the new school year:
- Weekly News-Each week we will send out a weekly update in school e-news that gives you updates from the school, upcoming events, etc. The first one will come out on Thursday, August 31.
- Open House for Grades 7-12 will be Wednesday, August 30 from 12-8. A schedule was previously sent out. All students should try to attend. Pictures will also be taken at this time and all students need a picture.
- Grades K-6 Conferences will be held on August 30 and September 5. If you have not signed up, please check out our school website and sign up.
- The first day of school for grades 7-12 is Tuesday, September 5. The first day of school for grades K-6 is Wednesday, September 6.
- Mission Mondays- We will continue Mission Mondays this year, however, will have an emphasis on "Being" better. GMEF will again be sponsoring Larks Cards for those students continuing to show Superlark Pride.
- Attendance- Attendance matters to the learning of each and every student. We know that things come up, but please notify the office if your child will be late or absent. I have attached a visual about how attendance can affect their schooling throughout the years.
