School Material Turn in Schedule
Grades PK- Grade 11
Thursday, May 21st
Bus Garage
Classroom teachers will be communicating with students and families what needs to be turned in by classroom or grade level. School employees will be taking inventory of items turned in when you come to the bus garage on May 21st.
Returning materials to school: Bus garage (I-Pads, lap tops, textbooks, binders, instruments, etc)
- Grades PK, K, 1, 2, and grade 8 need to turn in I-Pads chargers with I-Pads
Thursday, May 21st:
Session 1: 1 PM – 4 PM
Session 2 – 6 PM – 8 PM
Step 1: Drive to the back of the school using the fire lane by the playground, by the van garage and then proceed towards the bus garage. This expectation is to eliminate the potential of blocking off streets if the line gets too long
Step 2. There will be a school employee by the garage bays to direct students/parents to the correct area to drop off materials inside the bus garage. Once you have dropped off your materials you are free to head back home.
If you are unable to drop off your materials on the 21st, please e-mail Tonya Klapperick at tklapperick@gm.k12.mn.usand we can arrange for a time we can stop by your home to pick up the materials.
Reminder: Classroom teachers will be discussing what needs to be returned during their class sessions on Monday, May 18th and Tuesday, May 19th.
